Amit Goel
CEO, Co-founder and Head of Software Solutions
Amit Goel leads SoftWantage Technologies with an execution-first mindset shaped by 25+ years in IT. Renowned for turning complex transformations into predictable, business-ready outcomes, he built his delivery craft over two decades at Tata Consultancy Services—with on-site leadership in the U.S.—across Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, & BFSI.
Grounded in a B.Sc. (Physics), MCA, and PGCBM (XLRI Jamshedpur), Amit blends technical depth with sharp business judgment. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, known for instituting governance, elevating process maturity, and driving agile and hybrid ways of working.
At SoftWantage, Amit builds enterprise-grade solutions and modernization programs while nurturing high-accountability teams. His hallmark is clarity—clear scope, clear ownership, clear results—so technology, process, and people move in lockstep to create lasting impact.
Aarti Goel
Co-founder & Head of Talent Development
Aarti Goel brings over two decades of university teaching and program design to SoftWantage. A long-standing academic with the University of Delhi, she has taught Data Structures, Algorithms, Networks, and Software Engineering across leading colleges—consistently shaping industry-ready talent and high-accountability teams.
She co-authored Introduction to Blockchain (Authors Press, 2024) and edited Big Data Analytics–II (2024). Her academic writing includes IGNOU modules on JavaScript and WAP/WML, with Database Systems and SQL units forthcoming. Aarti’s current research explores healthcare AI, from a CNN-based “Swift Diagnostic” study to evaluations of model performance across critical diseases. She also holds a registered design patent integrating IoT and blockchain for secure digital displays.
As an NCERT resource person and an NTA paper setter/reviewer, Aarti channels academic rigor into practical, employer-ready programs at SoftWantage—mentoring learners, partnering with institutions, and aligning curricula with the skills modern engineering teams demand.
